This initial consultation is a “consultation time” to consider whether or not to begin orthodontic treatment.
At this stage, it does not constitute a formal treatment contract. After discussing in detail, you may also choose “not to proceed this time,” so please feel free to continue with peace of mind.
In order to secure sufficient time and conduct initial consultations in a relaxed manner, our clinic limits reception hours to the following time slots.

Initial Consultation Reception Hours
Weekdays: 10:30 / 15:00
Weekends & Public Holidays: 9:00 / 11:00 / 14:00 / 16:00
The fee for the initial consultation is payable in advance. This is to ensure that sufficient time can be allocated to each patient within a limited number of slots.
After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you an email containing your My Page login information. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please proceed via the button on your My Page. If you wish to book another initial consultation after canceling, please make a new reservation using the rebooking button on your My Page.

Regarding Cancellation and Date Changes

At our clinic, we reserve a dedicated amount of time for each patient’s initial consultation. For this reason, we have established the following rules regarding cancellations and date/time changes in order to provide fair and equal time to all patients.
If you have unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you within reasonable limits.
Changes to your reservation can be made up until 12:00 PM (noon) on the day before your scheduled appointment.
Please note that changes cannot be accepted after this deadline.
Cancellations are accepted up until the day before the appointment; however, 5% of the payment will be charged as an administrative fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Cancellations made after 12:00 AM on the day of the appointment will be treated as same-day cancellations, and a cancellation fee of 5,500 yen (initial consultation fee) will be charged.
Please note that once your reservation is completed, you are considered to have agreed to this cancellation policy.
